Nick has built his career across private equity, consulting, and hands-on hospitality operations. He founded Aurore to give hotel owners an independent, owner-side partner focused on protecting the asset and improving long-term decision quality.
After seeing the same pattern across investing and operations, owners making critical decisions without clear information, aligned partners, or true asset advocacy, Nick created Aurore to change how decisions are made at the ownership level.
Nick has led transformations, directed development and renovation programs, and worked closely with operators and brand teams. His approach is simple: protect the asset, align the team, remove complexity. He brings a stewardship mindset to every engagement, helping owners make disciplined decisions that protect capital and compound value over time.
